Unique things to know about our studio:

  • We’re walk-in only! That means we don’t have pre-registration. Just show up for the classes that work for your schedule.

  • All of our classes are 60 minutes.

  • Every class is open to all levels. Our teachers are trained to use direct body cues and offer lots of modifications!

  • We are 100% donation-based. Pay what you can every time. Suggested donation is $10-$15 to drop in but that’s neither a floor nor a ceiling.

  • We also have monthly suggested levels! Finding yourself in studio a couple of times a week? Become a Supporter for $100 a month or a Nourisher for $150 a month!

  • We offer all our classes (except sound baths) on Zoom!
